Calling all dog lovers and dog park fans! We need volunteers for 2  super fun summer events. Read on....

EVENT #1 NEEDING VOLUNTEERS

The Roxy Theater presents: The Secret Life of Pets - July 8 - 10 movie showings

The Secret Life of Pets is an animated movie coming out the weekend of July 8, 9, 10. The Roxy Theater has granted Dog Park representatives permission to staff a table at the back of the lobby the entire weekend and sell items to benefit the Park.

Would you like to take a shift hosting the Dog Park table, promote the Park's mission, and sell wares and raffle tickets?

Please click on this link to sign up for times you can commit to: http://doodle.com/poll/yynf3xbcfpw7qyww

Please note that the times are not yet set in stone. Volunteers should arrive 45 minutes before the show and should stay 15 minutes after the show. You can see the movie in between! (Volunteers will be responsible for purchasing their own tickets).

Tell your friends to come see this movie and stop by our table to support the Potsdam Community Dog Park! (for showtimes see www.jscinemas.com)!

EVENT #2 NEEDING VOLUNTEERS

Potsdam Summer Festival
Saturday July 16, 8:00 - 4:00 in Ives Park

The Dog Park has had great success participating in Summer Fest for the past few years. We need volunteers who can staff the outdoor Dog Park table, promote the Park's mission by talking with folks about the Park, and selling items and raffle tickets. So far this has been our biggest fundraiser of the year and is a ton of fun!

Also, if you have connections with area businesses and can rally some donations for this event, please email us at contact@potsdamdogpark.org. For the raffle, we usually we have baskets filled with themed goodies, gift certificates to local businesses, tickets, services, etc.
